Police Warn To Expect Lots Of Hogs In Leamington This Weekend

The annual Hogs for Hospice takes place in Leamington this weekend, and OPP will have several road closures in place.

Friday:

  • Erie Street North, between John Street and Setterington Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic between 9am and midnight
  • Mill Street, between Fox Street and Princess Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic between 9am and midnight
  • Talbot Street, between Albert Street and Princess Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic between 9am and midnight
  • Forest Avenue, Park Street, Conover Avenue, Stewart Crescent and Bayview Place will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 11pm
  • Seacliff Drive West, from Sherk Street to Erie Street South, will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 11pm
  • Lombardy Lane will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 11pm

Saturday:

  • Forest Avenue, Park Street, Conover Avenue, Stewart Crescent and Bayview Place will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to midnight
  • Seacliff Drive West, from Sherk Street to Erie Street South, will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to midnight
  • Lombardy Lane will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to midnight

Sunday:

  • Forest Avenue, Park Street, Conover Avenue, Stewart Crescent and Bayview Place will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 7pm
  • Seacliff Drive West, from Sherk Street to Erie Street South, will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 7pm
  • Lombardy Lane will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am to 7pm

Resident and emergency services access will be maintained at all times.
