Work began Friday on the new Stan Ribee Parkette at the Corner of Richmond and Drouillard in Ford City.
The parkette was designed by the Ford City Redevelopment Committee, the Ford City BIA, area residents and business owners is set to be completed by fall.
The park is being constructed by TCI Titan Group.
