Here is a look at highway construction in the County of Essex.
County Road 8:
At the Canard River (Bow String Bridge) will be closed for bridge rehabilitation until September 2nd.
County Road 21:
From County Road 42 to Little Baseline will have lane restrictions for watermain construction until June 18th.
County Road 11:
From 3rd Concession to ERCA Greenway will have lane restrictions until June 14th.
County Road 15:
From County Road 12 to North Malden Road will have lane restrictions until June 10th.
Road Painting Operations:
Line painting on County Roads will occur throughout the warmer months. The operations are clearly identified with truck mounted signs. To avoid driving in the “wet paint” do not attempt to pass these slow moving trucks.
