The flowers and trees are in full bloom in Jackson Park.
The city has planted 10,000 tulips in different parts of the park, with the exception of the sunken gardens.
The city said last fall they uncovered a fungus in the sunken gardens of Jackson Park, and that mean in spring there will be no tulip display. Horticulture staff decided to leave the sunken gardens in a furrow state which will lead to the fungus eliminating itself.
