Shelley Montgomery of Maidstone is a happy gal after winning $100,000 with ENCORE. Shelley matched six of seven winning numbers on her ENCORE selection.

“I was at the gas station and realized I had an old ticket in my purse,” recalled Shelley while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto where she picked up her winnings. “After checking it multiple times, I called my husband and told him to get here right away!”

Shelley said her husband was in disbelief until he saw the ticket with his own eyes. “His first reaction was ‘Holy smokes!’ same as me,” she laughed.

The great-grandparents know exactly what they’ll do with their windfall. “We have a grandson with special needs. This money will allow him to stay at the wonderful school he currently attends,” she beamed.

And after 33 years together the couple will fulfill another dream. “We will finally be able to buy our first house!” smiled Shelley.
