Residential house sales were up for the month of March compared to one year ago according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
Last month, 567 homes were sold, compared with 452 in March 2015. A jump of 25.44%.
It was in East Windsor where most homes changed hands with 111 sold, followed by Central/Downtown Windsor with 98, and South Windsor saw 73 homes sold.
In the county, Amherstburg was the most popular area with 56 houses sold, Lakeshore saw 50 and LaSalle had 49.
