A 19-year-old Windsor man is all smiles after winning $50,000 with the OLG’s Instant Bingo Doubler.
“I had a dream that I won with an Instant ticket,” said Hussein Hamid while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “So I picked up a ticket on my way home from work to see if my dream would come true!”
The 19-year-old University of Windsor student has some big plans for his windfall. “I would love to buy a sports car,” he said. “And I will also be putting my winnings towards my education.”
“Sharing is caring – so I will definitely be doing that with my four brothers,” he concluded.
Instant Bingo Doubler is a $5 Instant game that has fifteen top prizes of $100,000. Overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.53.
The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Manning Road in Maidstone.
