UWindsor Makes The Switch To French’s Ketchup

The University of Windsor Food Service Department has made the switch to French’s ketchup.
The university says they made the switch because the company sources its tomato paste from the Leamington Highbury Canco plant that formerly processed ketchup for Heinz, and they want to support local.
This is just the latest in a growing number of local businesses making the switch. Last week, Essex MPP Taras Natyshak launched a petition at Queen’s Park requesting that the dining room and cafeteria at Queen’s Park switch from Heinz to French’s ketchup.
