Residential house sales were up for the month of February compared to one year ago according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
Last month, 413 homes were sold, compared with 359 in February 2015. A jump of 15.04%.
It was in South Windsor where most homes changed hands with 68 sold, followed by Central/Downtown Windsor with 64, and West Windsor saw 54 homes sold.
In the county, Leamington was the most popular area with 45 houses sold, Amherstburg/Lakeshore had 41 each and LaSalle had 40.
