Windsor Police have released video as they continue to investigate a robbery that happened in January.
Police say it happened at a convenience store located in the 1000 block of Albert Road.

They say that a male suspect entered the store and immediately approached the front counter. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect then went behind the counter and attempted to open the register. While the suspect was focused on the register the clerk ran out of the store and locked the door from the outside. The complainant ran to a neighbour and called the police.

The clerk returned when officers arrived and found that the lock on the door was broke off and the suspect was gone. At this point there doesn’t appear to be anything missing.
