Canadian artist Steven Page will headline the 2016 LaSalle Strawberry Festival taking the stage on Saturday, June 11th.
The singer/songwriter is a founding member of The Barenaked Ladies with whom he toured the globe and sold millions of albums. Steven Page’s distinctive and powerful tenor is among the most instantly recognizable voices in popular music today.
“We are looking forward to a great celebration in LaSalle at this year’s Strawberry Festival,” said Terry Fink, Director of Culture and Recreation. “There will be more announcements to come as details are finalized.”
This is the LaSalle Strawberry Festival’s 29th year. The four-day event takes place June 9th to 12 again at Gil Maure Park featuring pageants, a carnival, fireworks over the Detroit River, parade, entertainment and local strawberries.
