if you live in LaSalle, you may be called and asked for your opinion.
In 2015, the town hired the consultant firm KPMG to conduct a service delivery review, with the overall goal of the Service Delivery Review is to determine whether LaSalle is providing exceptional value in service delivery in a cost-effective manner.
So far, meetings, interviews and focus groups have been held with Council and employees of the Town of LaSalle to learn their thoughts on opportunities to improve, how services are delivered and how costs might be reduced.
The next phase of the study is to learn the public’s opinion about the services that are provided by the Town of LaSalle. KPMG has contracted Leger, The Research Intelligence Group, to conduct telephone surveys with a number of residents of the Town of LaSalle. Those telephone surveys will begin on Thursday, February 11th, and take place throughout the rest of February.
The town asks that if a LaSalle resident receives a telephone call from Leger, or phone number 647-258-0262, that they take part in the 10 minute survey. The survey questions will ask for opinions on the services provided in LaSalle, and the likes/dislikes of LaSalle programs and services.
The town says that the undertaking of a service delivery review will lead to a better understanding of whether the town is meeting the needs of its residents and customers as efficiently and effectively as possible, and identify ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Town’s services.
