Work is nearly complete at the Multi-Modal Cargo Development on the grounds of Windsor Airport.
The development includes a 35,000-square-foot building to be leased by FedEx Canada Ltd, a 10,000-square-foot building for the University of Windsor’s Institute for Border Logistics and Security (IBLS) and a 27,000-square-foot building for a future cargo related tenant.
Construction started on the site in September 2014.
