Frank Carlini of Windsor has won $146,295.30 from the December 12, 2015 Lotto 6/49 draw.
Frank won a $146,173.50 windfall for matching five out of six numbers plus the bonus number on one of his selections as well as $71.80 for matching four of six numbers on another selection and $50 for matching three of six numbers on five other selections.
The winning ticket was purchased at Metro on Tecumseh Road in Windsor.
