Windsor firefighters battled two overnight fires on Dougall Avenue, just houses apart.
The first fire broke out in a basement of a vacant house at 1081 Dougall around 2am.
Just as firefighters were finishing putting that one out, a second fire broke out at 1059 Dougall.
Firefighters reported heavy fire conditions at that house and it was battled from the outside only.
Officials say the 1081 Dougall fire was intentionally set. Damage is set at $80,000.
A firefighter suffered a minor injury during the blaze, but was treated and released.
They say the fire at 1059 Dougall was also intentionally set. The blaze caused $150,000 in damage.
