Road Construction You Should Know About This Week

Here is a look at new and on going road construction work in the City of Windsor. Updates are posted each Sunday afternoon.

Wyandotte Street East:

Will be reduced to one lane in each direction between George Avenue and Pillette Road for watermain and road construction until November 6th.

Wyandotte Street West:

Will experience lane restrictions from Caron Avenue to Ouellette Avenue for watermain construction until November 6th.

Pillette Road:

Will be restricted to local traffic only, from north of Tecumseh Road East to south side of Seminole Street, for watermain construction until November 13th.

Benjamin Avenue:

Will be closed from Shepherd Street East to Tecumseh Road East for water main construction until December 1st.

Wellington Avenue:
Will be closed from Wyandotte Street West to College Avenue for water main construction until December 1st.

Villaire Avenue:
from Raymond Avenue to the CNR tracks- south of Edgar Street will be closed for sewer, watermain and road construction until December 31st.

Rossini Boulevard:
Will be closed from Seminole Street north to the CN Tracks for storm, sanitary sewers, watermain and repaving until December 1st.

Metcalfe Street:
will be closed from the alley west of Rossini to alley east of Rossini for road repaving until December 1st.

Watkins Street:

From King Street to Bloomfield Road will be under construction for sewer, watermain and road rehabilitation until November 15th.

King Street:

Will be under construction from Prince Road to South Street for sewer, watermain and road rehabilitation until November 15th.

Jos St. Louis Avenue:

Will be closed between Rose Street south to the cul-de-sac for sewer, road and watermain reconstruction until December 15th.
