Ongoing streetlights pole replacements on the E.C. Row Expressway means that EnWin utility crews will be closing some of the on and off ramps this week.

The E.C. Row Westbound on ramp at Walker Road will be closed from 10pm Monday, November 23rd to 6am Tuesday, November 24th and 10pm Tuesday, November 24th to 6am Wednesday, November 25th.

The E.C. Row Eastbound on ramp at Dougall Avenue and the E.C. Row Eastbound off ramp at Howard Avenue will be closed from 10pm Wednesday, November 25th to 6am Thursday, November 26th.
