The City of Windsor is looking to gain input from Windsorites on how they would feel about having to pay to park in city owned lots that are currently free.
This would include lots at community centers, pools and the WFCU Centre. The income generated from changing these lots to pay and display would be used to help cover the specific costs of up-keep, according to the city.
