Windsor Police have launched a new bicycle registration program.
Police say that this new program will increase the chances of having your bicycle returned to you if it is lost or stolen.
They say that hundreds of stolen and abandoned bicycles are recovered every year, and that the main reason is because people don’t report them stolen and/or they don’t record serial numbers and other important identifiers.
