A small fire inside a home on Lincoln Road has been extinguished.

Firefighters were called Wednesday just after 8am to the 1200 block of Lincoln between Ontario and Ottawa to find smoke coming out of the house’s windows.

Crews located a fire in the kitchen and promptly put it out.

There were no injuries.
