Remember how much fun you had flying a kite when you were a kid?
Well then you will want to take part in the Town of Essex Fly a Kite Day on Saturday, October 3rd at the Harrow Soccer Complex from 11am to 1pm.
This family focused event will also include a free barbecue, face painting, games, and lots of fun activities. You can bring your own kite or fly one of theirs.
“We’re excited to showcase the Harrow Soccer Complex as the location for this event,” says Doug Sweet, Director of Community Services. “Not only is it the perfect location for soccer games and tournaments, but with the field house, dressing rooms, washrooms and walking track, it’s also an ideal location for community events, like Fly a Kite Day.”
