Riverside Royals To Host National Qualifying Baseball Tournament

Riverside Minor Baseball Association is hosting the 2015 Pee Wee Eliminations Tournament from July 31st to August 3rd.
“We are excited to play host to the province’s best 13-year olds”, said Tournament Director and RMBA President John Topolie, “It’s a great opportunity for our program and for our city”.
The tournament, featuring 20 teams, will determine which club will represent Ontario at the 13U National Championships in Repentigny, Québec held on August 20th to 24th.
Teams will be on hand from Brampton, Burlington, East York, Etobicoke, Kitchener, Leaside, London, Markham, Mississauga, Newmarket, North York, Oakville, Pickering, Scarborough, Vaughn, and Windsor as well as the host team, Riverside Royals.
Games will take place at Riverside Baseball Park, Realtor West, and Realtor North, as well as at Tecumseh’s Carling Park, and Walker Homesites Park.
There is no entry fee for any games, and washroom facilities will be available at all sites.
