St. Clair College has exceeded the provincial average in the four main categories that make up the 2015 Key Performance Indicator figures.
The data shows that student satisfaction is at 79.3% compared to the provincial average of 76.2%, graduate satisfaction sits at 81.4% compared to the provincial average of 80%, graduate employment is at 85.1% compared to the provincial average of 84%, and employer satisfaction ranked 90.4% compared to the provincial average of 88.1%.
“Students value the higher education and relevant and focused job skills that come with a St. Clair College credential”, says Dr. John Strasser, President of St. Clair College. “This is not a surprise as we work with faculty, support staff, academic administrators and employers in the community to ensure that we are graduating students with job-ready skills”.
“We have worked extremely hard to ensure student success”, says Strasser. “With a new HealthPlex at our Thames Campus, new learning facilities for our health sciences and trades and technology programs, and a new SportsPlex at our Main campus, students are getting the kind of high quality education they expect in an environment that is conducive to learning and the enjoyment of extracurricular activities”.
