Working with the Environment is an annual high school art show hosted at The Arts Council Windsor and Region.

Students from Belle River, Cardinal Carter, F.J Brennan, Holy Names, L’Essor, Riverside, St. Annes and Villanova submitted a diverse range of artwork and installations that reflect the environment and labour.

An online people’s choice vote will be hosted throughout the exhibition for the best work. Students will be awarded by judges for 1st, 2nd and third place at the reception and award ceremony on Friday, April 24th. The reception will begin at 6:30pm.

UNIFOR local 200 has sponsored this year’s “Working with the Environment” awards. You can vote online here.

The exhibition is open to the public from April 14th to 24th.

The gallery is located at 1942 Wyandotte Street East and is open Tuesdays to Fridays from 1pm to 5pm and Wednesdays from 1pm to 7pm.
