OPP are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed Monday evening in the 6400 block of Walker Road.
Police say that around 6:50pm a 75-year-old Tecumseh man was walking across the street to collect his mail from his rural route mailbox when he was struck by a southbound pickup truck.
Roger Bauer, 75, passed away at the scene as a result of his injuries.
OPP say that alcohol does not appear to be a factor, and the investigation is ongoing.
