The City of Windsor says that as of 11:30am Wednesday, snow crews continue to clear residential streets, however, as a result of the additional 5 cm of snow that fell overnight, some of the plows had to be redeployed to focus on the main routes.

As of 8:30 am this morning, the main routes are in good condition and residential streets are essentially complete with a few exceptions.  Citizens are asked to call 311 should their streets still require plowing.

Enforcement of sidewalk clearing commenced this morning.  Residents are reminded that it is their responsibility to clear snow off sidewalks abutting their property within 12 hours of the end of a snowfall and within 4 hours for businesses owners.
