Windsor Target Closes Its Starbucks Today, Employees Reassigned

Target Canada has begun the process to wind down operations and their in-store Starbucks outlets are the first to go.
All locations will close for good today, according to Target public relations manager Eric Hausman.
“I can confirm that Starbucks locations in Target Canada stores are closing today, Friday,” Hausman said. “Generally speaking, team members are being re-assigned to other areas of the store.”
Starbucks locations at Target stores are operated as franchises by Target Canada.
Liquidation sales at Target stores across Canada are expected to begin in two to three weeks.
