Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens is looking to hire a Policy Assistant.
According to a job posting on the City of Windsor website, this job is to provide project support to the Mayor for a number of internal initiatives and external committees.
The candidate must have excellent writing skills to draft reports, briefing notes, correspondence and presentations.
Some qualifications include an undergraduate degree in political studies or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and related experience. The ability to analyze complex issues, conduct thorough research, and develop sound policy.
The job is for a four year contract term and reports to the City of Windsor Chief of Staff Norma Coleman.
