The Pelissier Street parking garage
As part of Windsor’s 2015 budget, city administration is recommending that Windsor City Council eliminate the 1st hour free parking at the Goyeau and Pelissier parking garages in downtown Windsor.
The budget report states that daily parking revenues can be significantly increased if the first hour free parking is eliminated.
It is expected that revenues would increase by $187,425 per year if this is accepted.
The budget goes to council on January 19th.
