The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has issued a Cold Weather Alert for Windsor-Essex County that will be in effect until Wednesday, January 28th, 2015.
Based on the Environment Canada forecast, temperatures are predicted to dip to -15°C (5°F) overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
