Following the greenest December in Windsor’s history, the snow is back.
The city says that crews have been out for the past two days working to ensure roadways are clear and salted.
All main and residential roadways have now been addressed.
The city reminds drivers that when temperatures dip below -13C salt is less effective on the roadways. Warming temperatures and an increase in traffic volume helps to improve the efficiency of the salt.
