Long time patriarch of Blak’s Bakery Peter Alexander Blak has passed away.
The family says their beloved father, grandfather and uncle passed away on Thursday January 8th.
Blak, who was working at the bakery at the time, was found unconscious around 7:30pm on Saturday November 29th by a fellow family member.
He was transported to hospital by ambulance with severe injuries. Police investigated and found that items from the shop had been missing. They declined to release other details at the time.
Peter Blak, who was 90, is survived by current bakery owner and son Tony Blak. The bakery was founded in 1918.
The family said on Facebook “heaven must have needed better paczkis.”
