Neighbourhood Watch Windsor along with Cpl. Anne Garneau from the RCMP are hosting a open meeting on the topic of counterfeit goods and illegal tobacco this Thursday.
You will be able to learn the laws in regards to fake goods and how to recognize counterfeit goods with a visual and hands on presentation. Cpl. Garneau will also cover the topic of Illegal tobacco.
Any residents looking to learn about how to start a Neighbourhood Watch in their community are also welcome to attend, and the Windsor Police Service will be onsite to answer any questions as well as teach residents how to keep their neighbourhoods safe and homes less susceptible to crime.
Each month Neighbourhood Watch Windsor will be hosting a special topics presentation based around safety, crime and prevention for the public to attend to learn and get their questions answered. Presentation is open to all Windsor residents. Light refreshments will be served.
The meeting is held at the The Safety Village starting at 6:30pm.
