Construction is moving along at a large new commercial plaza in Walkerville.
The $4.5 million plaza at 1030 Walker Road includes 3,404 square metres of development located on the site of the former Clean Depot and Party Warehouse locations which caught fire on February 15th, 2011.
Renderings for the new plaza show example tenants such as a bank, a new beer store, a coffee shop and a restaurant.
Developers did not return multiple requests for comment on details.
