City To Help Homeless Vote

The City of Windsor is looking to ensure that homeless voters are on the Voters’ List and are given the opportunity to vote.
On Thursday, City staff will be visiting two shelters on to give unregistered residents the opportunity to be added to the list.
The city says that homeless residents without a permanent address will likely not receive a voter notification card, but they are still eligible to vote, if they are eligible electors.
City staff will be at the Downtown Mission from 10:30am to 11:30am and at the Downtown Salvation Army from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
