Junior Achievement and Performance Ford Lincoln are bringing the innovative Drive 4 UR Community program to Windsor-Essex in an effort to raise funds to reach more youth in the community with business education programs.
For every person who test-drives a Ford vehicle at the event, Performance Ford Lincoln and Ford of Canada will donate $20 to Junior Achievement. The funds raised will allow more students to participate in in-school and after-school business education programs in the Windsor-Essex area at the elementary and secondary levels this year.
The event will be held Saturday, September 27th from 10am to 3pm in the Parking Lot on Dougall Ave right next to the Families First Funeral Home located at 3338 Dougall Avenue, and will feature a diverse line-up of Ford vehicle models.
There will be a short route outlined for the test drives, and participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. There is a limit of one test-drive per household.
In addition, they will be hosting a BBQ.
