Tired, achy and sore legs?
Most of us that sit or stand all day at work or home can’t wait to put our feet up. Most of us also assume that sore, painful, tired and achy legs is just part of the job. Unfortunately these complaints do not resolve themselves and in time can turn into larger health issues.
Poor leg health is often over looked as part of overall wellness but the good news is that is can be managed and taken care of quickly, effectively and easily prevented as long as you do not continue to accept it as ‘just a part of the job’.
What does it mean to have poor leg health?
Muscles in your feet and legs help your veins move blood to the heart. The veins also have one-way valves that keep the blood from flowing backwards. The valves open as blood flows toward the heart and then close to prevent blood from flowing backward toward the feet.
