Flooding Calls Flood Into 311

The City of Windsor reports that as of 4pm Tuesday there had been 358 flooding related calls to the 311 call centre.
The city says that due to the extreme volume of calls, many more calls were not answered, and to meet the demand, the 311 call center had to stay open to 8pm Tuesday for basement flooding calls.
The Call Centre is open weekdays from 7am to 7pm.
The city says that they have posted basement flooding tips on their website at www.citywindsor.ca, find them by searching for keyword ‘flooding’.
