Experiencing Flooding? Call 311

The City of Windsor is asking residents who are experiencing flooding to consider calling 311 in the morning.

The city says that while yard and street flooding is normal and expected, residents experiencing flooded basements are encouraged to call 311, which re-opens at 7am.

“We had a day of rain followed by a significant downpour in a short amount of time”, said City Engineer Mario Sonego. “Calling 311 is the best way we have of tracking and acting on the flooding”.
