Downtown Windsor BIA chair and new owner of Our Lady of the Rosary church Larry Horwitz is running for mayor in Windsor.
Horwitz, who announced his intentions to run this morning, has served three terms as chair of the Downtown BIA, is an author, a sociology major and holds a masters degree in political science.
He joins Ernie The Baconman, Timothy Dugdale, Robin Easterbrook and Raymond Poisson in the race for mayor.
Windsorites go to the polls to choose a new mayor on October 27th.
