An early morning fire damaged two garages and a trailer.
Fire crews were called to the 1000 block of Marion just after 1am to find a fully involved fire.
It took crews about half an hour to bring it under control.
Officials say that it started in the trailer and spread to both garages.
Damage is set at $40,000.
