June is designated as Seniors’ Month, and until June 7th seniors can ride any city bus for just a loonie.
Transit Windsor says that this is not only our opportunity to thank our senior riders but also to encourage other seniors to explore public transit as an option for their travel. Senior fare applies to anyone 60 years and over. Seniors must show valid ID upon paying their fare, if requested by the driver.
Additionally, seniors may ask for a transfer slip after paying the discounted fare; which allows another two hours of travel for just a dollar.
Tunnel bus services are excluded from the price break.
