Windsor’s Outdoor Pools Open For The Summer, Sunday

The City of Windsor’s six outdoor pools open for the season on Sunday.

Atkinson Pool, Central Pool, Lanspeary Pool, Mic Mac Pool, Remington Booster Pool and Riverside Centennial Pool offer, daytime, afternoon and evening swims.

For the week of June 23rd to 27th all outdoor pools will be open for evening swims from 4pm to 6pm.

Regular hours begin on July 3rd.

All City of Windsor outdoor pools are heated and available for private rentals. The regular schedule for pre-school swims, recreational swims and lessons begins Wednesday, July 3rd at all pools.

Indoor recreational swims begin Monday, June 30th at Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre from 1pm to 2:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and Adie Knox Herman Recreation Complex, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Indoor pools will be closed July 1st.
