Dr. H.D. Taylor Public School will be having a final celebration of the school community this Saturday.
When the school year ends in June, the school will be closed, and come September the students will join together when students from J.E. Benson at the new West Gate Public School. That school is currently under construction behind Taylor.
The celebration starts on Saturday with a former staff tea and social at 11am followed by a open house from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. A closing ceremony will take place at 1:30pm.
