Missing Boy Found Safely After Amber Alert

An Ontario-wide Amber Alert has ended and a missing 8 year-old boy has been found safe.
Matthew Zhang had been last seen by his father at 10am on April 13th when he was dropped off at an address on Mississauga Valley Boulevard in Mississauga to visit his mother.
Around 1pm today, York Regional Police, acting on a tip from a citizen, conducted a traffic stop of a 2005 Honda Accord, 4 door grey, Ontario licence plate number AVAM 009.
The vehicle, owned by Wei Chen, was stopped in the city of Vaughan. Both Ms. Chen and her son, Matthew Zhang, were found inside the vehicle in good health.
