An issue with a water pipe caused water to gush into the air and a small amount of flooding as road construction sprung into action in Downtown Windsor this morning.
A steady stream of water was seen gushing less than 20 feet into the air at the corner of Park and Janette while cars drove by, just before noon. A mail man was seen walking near the stream as he delivered mail on his route.
The gushing water was reportedly stopped in less than half an hour.
