Chatham-Kent Police are investigating after a man was struck and killed this morning by a VIA Rail train.
Police say the man was struck by Sass Side Road in Chatham around 10am.
Police are attempting to identify the man and notify his next of kin.
No one on the train was injured.
Sass Side Road will be closed for several hours as police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
