Environment Canada has issued a wind chill warning for Windsor and Essex County.
They say cold wind chill temperatures are expected by Friday morning.
A cold Arctic airmass remains over much of Southern Ontario with overnight lows once again expected in the low minus twenties. Winds are forecast to pick up from the southwest in advance of a low pressure system after midnight. The combination of cold temperatures and moderate southwest winds are expected to generate wind chill values in the minus 30 to minus 35 range.
