Local Nonprofit Holding Job Fair For PSWs, Saturday

Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario is holding a job fair this weekend and the nonprofit is looking for personal support workers.

Organizers are looking for PSW certified individuals or those with personal care experience who would like to join their team of caring, dedicated individuals who provide personal care and assistance to persons with physical disabilities in their own homes.

If you’re not certified, the organization says those it hires before January 20th will be paid and have tuition covered to attend the PSW course at Trios College to obtain certification.

Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s licence and reliable car.

The job fair takes place Saturday January 18th from 10am to 1pm at 3141 Sandwich Street.

You’re asked to bring your resume, references, and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews.
