A body has been pulled from a ditch in East Windsor.
Police, EMS and firefighters were called to the 1500 block of Lauzon Road near the WFCU Centre last night around 10pm.
Windsor Police Staff Sergeant Christine Bissonnette says a motorized wheelchair had overturned. A 71-year-old woman was found deceased in the ditch.
Bissonnette says the woman, a nearby resident, was out shopping. Foul play is not suspected.
